Contact The Sweeter Magnolia
The Sweeter Magnolia is a luxury outdoor living and exterior design studio founded by Chelsea Kemplin. We design everything outside the walls — gardens, gathering spaces, curb appeal, and hospitality exteriors — so the whole property feels as intentional as the home inside.
We’re based in Lexington, Kentucky, and work along 30A and the Florida Gulf Coast, in Asheville, and on select destination projects. Whether you’re ready for a custom design, a ready-to-plant garden plan, or the flower truck for an event, we’d love to hear from you.
